The Heart Sutra (Prajnaparamita Hridaya) is the condensed heart of Buddhist wisdom literature. In this opening talk Osho sets the ground: you are already a Buddha — the work is only to recognize it. He offers a map of seven “temples,” or levels of being, placing modern psychology (Pavlov, Freud, Adler, Jung) on the lower rungs and the sutra’s wisdom at the seventh — the transcendental — before beginning his commentary on the sutra’s opening invocation.
